The Kingdom Lodge is a wonderful modern playhouse for kids. It has many windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kids can climb up the 5ft ladder with railing to reach the spacious porch, where they can choose to slide down the 10ft avalanche slide or enter the playhouse. Inside the playhouse, there is another slide, the 7ft Sidewinder, that adds more fun. The kids can also enjoy swinging on the 2 belt swings or the trapeze bar with rings. The Kingdom Lodge is a great way to encourage outdoor play and imagination.

Residential Limited Lifetime, 20-Year, and 5-Year Warranty
Swing Kingdom warrants to the original purchaser at the original installation address that the structural components of the playground system—including vinyl PVC and structural wood—are covered by a 20-year warranty, provided the product is subject to ordinary residential use and is installed by a certified Swing Kingdom installer.
Additionally, all canopies, slides, metal components, swings, and accessories are warranted for 5 years from the date of original purchase.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Failure to properly maintain the product.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.
- Any alterations, additions, or relocation of the product, which will void this warranty.
Swing Kingdom products are not warranted for any specific purpose; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine suitability.
Warranty Claims & Process
Swing Kingdom reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of any claimed defect and may require the return of the product for inspection. All returned products must be sent freight prepaid by the purchaser.
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Swing Kingdom will remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe. The resolution may include repair or replacement of the defective part. If repair or replacement is impractical, Swing Kingdom will reimburse the original purchaser for the value of the defective part. Freight costs for replacement parts are not covered under this warranty and must be paid by the purchaser.

- Adult supervision is recommended when using the play system to ensure safety.
- For safety and product improvement, Swing Kingdom reserves the right to make design and construction changes without notice.
